Im a big girl, and I dont want to be on top whether the guys wants me to or not, what are some good not so traditional positions I could do and might be good at? Im a lil on the short side too :( lol

well girlfriend,, i am a biggy girl too,, and doggy is real nice, and also spooning,, thats u both on your sides and he is behind u,, also,,sixty nine is very nice,, just have fun and try different things,, if the guy is into u,,he won't mind if something doesn't work out he will just try another

My girl like to bend over the counter or bed. She also like to place one leg up on something while standing and this works great in the shower.
Try placing both legs together and over his sholders, (this one feels really good!)
You can also check out some adult book stores, they have books that show all kind of different positinons! Try what you think you might like and im sure you find some fun new stuff!
