How old are you? Do your friends smoke? Have you had any education about nicotine addiction? It doesn't take long to be addicted and you will be needing more money, and mom will find out you've been stealing hers. Do you understand stealing is taking anything from anybody without first asking? Even with your mom. You are probably old enough to know right from wrong and there is no halfway. It's either right or wrong. Let your conscience be your guide. There won't always be somebody there to guide your conscience and there's lot of choices to be made. If your friends were going to go steal a car, are you going to go, or rob a store? Decisions, decisions!!

NO!!!
Please don't. I am 33 and that is what happened to me. I took a few of my dads cigarettes to try just to see what they were like. I liked it. I was hooked almost right then even tho it was a few years later until I started smoking. Don't do it ... It's not worth it. I still smoke and can't stop. I want too

Tear them up and flush them down the crapper. Then go find all your mothers other cigarettes and grind them up in the garbage disposal. Then when your mom wakes up tell her that you did it because you love her and want her to be around long enough to see her great grand children. It's up to you to be her hero, because if she is smoking she doesn't care about herself. But you care, you love her don't you? Save her life then. It's time for you to not tolerate her self abuse. It's time for you to stand your ground firm, but with loving kindness. Don't give in!, Not one inch!, the time is now! Stand up for what you know is right. Now that your standing firm hold fast and don't let her slip back.

Take a puff and put it out in a glass of water. In the morning before breakfast, take a sip of that water. You will probably get sick so be prepared. I hope this may cure you of any desire to poison yourself with cigarettes later on in life.

I tried one 20 years ago, I smoke a pack a day now, and can't quit no matter how hard I try, and it really isn't fun anymore, your choice

Don't do it! It will lead you down a path you don't want to go down. First you'll smoke cigarettes, then you'll try weed, then you'll snort coke, then you'll shoot heroin, then you'll smoke crack laced with PCP, and finally you'll wind up on the street selling your body to Asian business men for $2. Does that sound fun? If it does then go for it.

Why on earth would you want to do that? Smoking is a disgusting habit. Sometimes the lessons we learn from our parents involves things we should do, and sometimes we learn what NOT to do. This is a "what not to do" lesson you can learn from your mom.

No, I don't understand how, with all the anti-smoking advertising and legislation these days, people still pick up the habit.
