I was born during Lyndon's term (even got the popular Lynn middle name) but the first president I remember is Nixon and that is basically only his exit speech. I wasn't paying too much attention to presidents or any other politians back then.

Margaret Thatcher. I was born in the first year she was in power, and because of our political system (you vote for the party, not the leader of the party) there are no rules on how many terms you stay for (although the party will normally change leaders about every 6 or seven years). She stuck around until I was 11. Bummer. She sucked.
I'm still convinced that her and Ronald Raygun Zap had a thing going on behind the backs of poor Dennis and Nancy.

I was born in 1982, and Ronald Reagan was president 1981 to 1989, so I remember him being president. Even though I was very young, I clearly remember watching TV while sitting at the kitchen table when he was shot (or maybe the news report from that night).
