Every night when I get home from work I start feeling nauseated. Never severe. I don't vomit but it's really annoying and interupts my normal life. What I find odd is that it's always gone by morning and only occurs at around 4pm after I arrive home. And to pre-answer and questions, no I don't have any problems at home, everything is normal.

I've had problems with indigestion for quite a few years, I take a Non-scrip Zantac every night before bed. I've never had nausea from this before though.
Recently I went from having diareah constantly to being mildly constipated all the time.
I thought maybe my gall bladder but I have no pain.
Not pregnant, I'm a guy =)

There are so many reasons that could be causing this. There might be something in your home that you are having a reaction to. It could be many things. If this has been going on for awhile that I would suggest that you seek the advise of your Physican. You would rather be safe and it be nothing then it be something serious.
Sorry I can't be of more help. Good luck to you and I hope you are feeling better soon. :)

Sometimes if you're over-tired you can become nauseated. If you're tired from working all day, which is usually when most people feel this unexplainable symptom, you may just need a rest. Try and get more sleep or, if you can;t, catch a cat nap when you get home. Also make sure you nibble on a little something after lunch.

If you don't have an after lunch snack at about 2:00 pm - or skip lunch, your body may be trying to tell you (in an unhappy way) that it is running out of fuel (blood glucose).

Eating a snack that stresses protein (poultry and fish are best, unless you are a vegetarian and then soy is very good), low glycemic carbohydrates (look up a glycemic index) and good fat (almonds or peanuts for snacking), may stop the nausea from occurring.

You could be pregnant, or maybe you are allergic to something at home. Mold, Mildew can cause illness without you actually smelling them.

It's either a medication, something you are eating, or the stress from work catches up with you.

Do you have anxiety? What about meds? Are you on any or have you recently changed any or been taken off of any?
