the name Bubbles is way cuter
sparkles is fine, but Bubbles is better
i would give the name Sparkles a 5/10
i would give the name Bubbles a 9/10

If your fish looks like it "Sparkles" when it swims then the name is fitting so, 8. Bubbles sounds like a 4!

bubbles is a common name 4/10 but sparkles is new 9/10 but if you like bubbles thats fine.
