I side with Rachel Q, Robbie wouldn't go for such a title. Allowing for artistic licence, something is stirring, how's about the front cover as is the title, but without the above title. Another title could be ''kids are right on'', ''baby who are you'', ''generation will'', ''for your babies'' pretty sad titles, actually ''barcode on a baby'' sounds good to me, or is the Q searching for something deeper?

Robbie Williams? Hmmm. I don't think he'd go for something like that, but then I don't know. It would probably get some attention.

I'd think so, depending on the theme of the album. "Barcode on a Baby" has a nice "Faceless slave of modern apathetic society" kind of ring to it.
