most of the other symptoms listed are correct, but they usually don't show up until you're 6 weeks pregnant or more. you'll be able to take a pregnancy test at 4 weeks. the best advice: don't obsess about every little symptom -- just relax and take a test when you expect your period.

Missed period, nausea, vomiting, swollen tender breasts, frequent urination. And the best early sign is a positive pregnancy test. If you think you might be pregnant go get a test. Then you will know! Good luck!

tired, puking or nausa from eating or just smelling something, sore breasts, and for some allgeries get really bad. It's so bad you might think it's a cold, and for me it was being tired but having a hard time falling asleep.

Extreme fatigue, implantation spotting but not a period, sensitive nipples/breasts, headache, possibly nausea, dizziness, peeing a lot.

breast soreness. breasts look bigger. slight bleeding couple of weeks after from implantation. some have cramping. your appetite changes...some get cravings. i however didn't want to eat anything. after first trimester all i wanted was milk and chocolate chip cookies lol. go to babycenter.com or webmd.com

Nauseated, diarrhea, cravings. Smells make you sick to your stomach and it is usually stuff that has never bothered you before.

My first clue was I missed my period. I was never on to get morning sickness.
