No, I've not yet been to that part of the country. I will at some point, I've been in 29 states so far, but nearly all are west of the river. But I'll get there!

Yes the falls are quite spectacular. All the cheap tourist spots and crappy souvenir shops are terrible, but the Falls are one of nature's most majestic sights.
By the way, the view from the Canadian side is more impressive then from the American side. And if you don't mind getting wet, taking a ride on the boat is a lot of fun.

About five miles before the rapids/falls...

Was just planning to go to Cedar Point and stopping at the Falls on the way... Looks beautiful.

Yes, stayed for a weekend in Buffalo. It is truly one of the worlds greatest places. Awesome power in that water falling! Can you imagine going over in a barrel?

Yea I used to go like every year..its real nice there and its so fun around clifton hill..so many attractions
