Are they loyal to their friends, family, job? How they treat and interact with others tells alot. If they have had the same friends for years thats a good sign.

Trust. Get to know the person before you get together can help you to make a good choice but after that you trust them or you do not. If you do not then why are you with them? If they are you are worrying about nothing and could cause a problem with your jealousy.

Loyalties....Such a funny thing, they are kind of like intentions...I don't think that ANYBODY can be loyal to another human being without putting themselves on the back burner...I dont think its possible that you can be loyal to yourself and your intentions, and be loyal to someone elses intentions...

Ask them. If they look you in the eye and say yes, and it feels so, then you can trust them. Can they trust you is the big question?

trust them. if you don't, setup one of your friends they've never met and have them try and pick them up. see what happens. shady but gets the job done
