Don't go to any store that sells 'punk' style clothing.
That's the exact opposite of what PUNK is about. Stuff in stores like that is just cheap money-making 'fashion' that's not leading edge OR original. Punk is about originality and rebellion. Try the REAL punk way and don't care about what anyone else says - least of all anyone that shops in a store to try and be original. Go to any secondhand/thrift shop. Buy some old teeshirts and jeans. Mix and match worn belts and put two or three together and go for a triple-wind around your waist. For effect, have them different. Get a pair of black work boots - check in the area where men's shoes are - something slightly worn is better. Pay 15 dollars for your entire wardrobe and pocket the rest of what you didn't need to spend to fit in. Neat, huh?
