I am travelling to England during the winter and require a warm anorak (light weight & waterproof).......

Where is the best place to buy one (that is not expensive).
Thanks.

Marks and Spencers are not the only place where you can buy anoraks, and it really depends on what you want to pay.
Cheaper stores would sell waterproof kagoules for around fifteen to twenty pounds, but you can get really top of the range anoraks fron specialist shops from fifty to around two hundred pounds.
Marks and Spencers would probably be between to two- from thirty to one hundred pounds.
Good luck, hope you get a bargain, and enjoy your stay!

Millets is probably the best place for a cheap one.
