When you have an ex, you have to make sure that she knows that it's over and there will be no future associations with her. It's difficult because lots of times absence makes the heart grow fonder, and it's easy to give in to her pleadings to get together one more time. Be strong, don't return her phone calls, don't answer her email and whatever you do....don't call her or email her, she will take it in the wrong way. BTW, when the ex is a guy, the same rules apply.
