I'm assuming you have Windows. To put a song onto an ipod, you must download iTunes. LimeWire is just a peer-to-peer downloading program that stores the actual file of music onto your computer in a folder. iTunes has a library that stores the information about the song within the library, but not the file itself.
Find out which folder LimeWire saves the music files to. It will tell you in the preferences. Once you have iTunes, you can add the songs to your library either by dragging them from their folder into the iTunes Library window, or by going to File --> Add Folder to Library, and then choosing which folder hosts your music files.
Connect the iPod to the computer and iTunes will recognize that you have done so. It will then pop up with a list of songs on the iPod already and allow you to add more or delete what's there.

Download the song from LW to your computer disk first I suggest that you create a specific folder for this. Then open iTUNES select file, then select add new folder and Presto! Songs 2 Go!!!

You click on a song and click on explore and there whatever song you want you just right click and press add to burn list!

Um, you have to find out where you put the songs you downloaded it from and then drag and drop it on to itunes, then to your i pod.
