Well, I would have to say my all time favorite drug is Neurontin, for back pain. One of those little pills is all it takes, and within 15-30 minutes, you will have no back pain whatsoever. It works fantastically, and doesn't make you feel "drugged out." After that, I would have to say that caffeine works well for me, and if anyone is from Bakersfield, California, go to the Mexican restaurant "Cactus Valley" and ask for Paul. He is an awesome bartender, and makes a killer Cadillac margarita!.
