Go to www.teenfreeway.com they usually hyave you fill out a form and you get it in a few weeks. I get samples all the time.

nothin in life is for free if it says its free u usally gota do something buy something or get anoyed by ads and crap. ive only seen maybe 1 0r 2 free survey sites ever. and that was keynote
