After being a long time fan of Billy Squire's music, I finally watched one of his music videos... I must say that I was a little surprised as to what I would see. Now please understand that I have nothing against people who choose to be gay... All I want is to satisfy my curiousity. So, is Billy Squire... Gay?

This was a big deal about 15+ years ago when he was really cranking some great stuff out.
Videos were huge and he wasn't really making many.
His agent/label/bartender/whatever...someone...suggested that he work with this killer avant garde video director (who made Richard Simmons look like Chuck Norris).
You probably saw the video of him with all the pink and rolling around on the bed. Scary under any circumstances, but yeah...it kinda screams 'look at me, I'm gay.'
After it was made and released, he came out and said something to the effect of 'look, I got talked into listening to this director and didn't think much of it at the time. I'm not gay, really.'
Too late, the damage was done...and many of his homophobic fans just kinda walked away quietly.
*shrug*
Rob Halford of Judas Priest, on the other hand, is very gay.
And in the words of Jerry Sienfeld, 'Not that there is anything wrong with that...'

He does appear to have very feminine qualities, however, in the 80's he was the ****. If he is gay it really has no bearing on his being a successful, and talented musician. Look at Rob Halford, Freddie Mercury, Adam Lambert, Elton John. Who really cares if they are gay or not. For one thing it is not your concern and secondly, being gay, transgender, bisexual is genetic...... you are born that way. Why would anyone want to purposely be 'different' and cause a life of humiliation for themselves? Come on people.....it's 2015, do your research and check out the data. You cannot chose your eye color or hair color can you? You can alter it but it does not change that you were born that way. Besides your sexuality is personal and you should not judge.

He is gay. At one of his California concerts back in the 90's, he invited a friend of mine back stage. My friend was not happy with the proposal he received from Billy. To this day I can't listen to that "Stroke" song...I'm not against gays, but I don't need that in my head :P

Oh I definitely think so. I saw his video on I love the 80's on VH1and he was prancing around and rolling on silk sheets. A little before my time though.
