I was told by microsoft that this is a sun micro systems problem, I used to be able to get into yahoo chat with another computer, this computer is a new HP.

Let the file run from location..don't save it

Try downloading the lastest Java from SunMicrosystems.com

jvm-reload java by sun. Also check to see if Microsoft .netframeworks is installed. I've heard sometimes it conflicts with java

New computers usuallly need updates. Update your Java and see if this takes care of the problem.

see that u have all java dlls on your system registered.if they dint then u would get such errors even if u have them on your disk.
use regserv exe to register any unregistered dlls.
as all said download java packs and .netframework
