ii cannot seem to delete her name of my computer and this imopedes me from using windows live help!!

delete your cookies and try clearing your cache
tools -> options -> delete cookies

Type yours in..and when your internet explorer asked you if you would like to save yours..then click yes..and it should do the trick!
Though..on hotmail.. when you sign in..under your password..you are given the option of saving your e-mail address So you might want to try the link below to see what i am talking about! Good Luck! ;-)

When you are signed into her live messenger. Click on options and uncheck the box that says auto sign-in.

I think you can right click on it wherever it pops up and hit delete. That should delete it. Try it and see.

She must have checked the box where it says to remember password. Just put your name and password and check it again
