I don't think teens or young adults can get pregnant in sims2. Look at the website for new downloads.

There is a hack on http://www.modthesims2.com/index.php? that will allow teen sims to get pregnant. There is also a program/hack called the inteenimator which allows for sim teens to become pregnant. This is the inteenimator site: http://mysite.verizon.net/aestudios/sims2/index.htm
I think these just add to a bit more reality to the game. ModTheSims2 has a lot of downloads including cribs and lots of baby stuff. Just look around the site, you need to register in order to be able to download anything from this site, but it is a free registration.
