I'm sure I'm not the only person with a stressful life. What are some things you do to relax the mind?

Meditation. Close your eyes and imagine you are sitting inside of a large snow dome that someone has just shaken up. Each flake of snow represents a problem, or task, or whatever. Now concentrate on your breathing and watch them all fall gently to the ground. Don't fight any outside thoughts. If any pop into your head, just turn them into another swirling snowflake. Soon, and with practice, you will be able to settle all the flakes down and you will be sitting alone in the stillness, relaxed.

Works like a charm for me.

Meditation, yoga, really any kind of exercise makes my mind feel at rest. A nice long walk through a park is very relaxing.

Well, this is a tough question because you may already have strategies to help calm yourself. In case you don't there's a technique called Progressive Relaxation. I used it a lot for chronic pain and it works.
