The best way to lose weight is slowly. To lose weight, eat 5 small meals a day, lots of fruits and vegetables, drink 6-8 glasses of water a day, and stay active. You should only lose about 2 pounds a week, if you are losing weight the healthy way.
Skipping meals to lose weight is a bad idea not only because you are more likely to binge-eat because you are so hungry, but your body will also store what you eat as fat as a defense mechanism against starvation.
As annoying as it is that weight may come off slowly, setting yourself up with good eating habits, is the best way to ensure the weight to stay off. The faster you lose the weight, the faster you gain it back.

exercise, drink water,avoid carbohydrates and eat a lot of proteins. in the morning,before haing breakfast, boil water with a lime and after one minute cut the lime and pour the liquid of it into the water. drink this tea and you will burn some calories and have less appetite.
