make her change the locks and not leave an extra outside (hidding if you do that). and if she has the paperwork for a divorce or whatever no he cant move back in but he is allowed to get his stuff, call the police and show them the papers if he shows up. keep the windows locked too so he cant climb in. and tell her landlord that she kicked him out and that he is not allowed back in - but then she is solely responsible for the rent. but that might be better then his crap!
then go to dontdatehimgirl.com and post his story for the world to see and stay warned of.

If they have been seperated and he is not living at the home they shared, then she can deny him to move in. She can also write him a letter informing him that she does not want him to move back in. Have her send this letter certified mail--with that card the receipient has to sign, keep a copy of that letter and if he tries to move back in(or forces his way in), then she can take this paperwork and file for an eviction--usually 30 days--
Good Luck

If they r not even in the process of a divorce and his name is on the lease, unless he signs something in the rental office saying he doesnt live there anymore and she signs something in agreemant,he can still come and go as he pleases(bags or no bags).Atleast that's the law in my state,I believe it can differ depending on the state. Why isnt she looking this up herself and why r u so involved in THEIR marriage &in THEIR business?

in most states NO ....Community property
means as long as they are still legally married it belongs to both of them
the only option would be for her to get a order of protection (restraining order ) however there would have to be either a threat of violence
or past history of violence to get one
get her to that lawyer and get those papers filed and make sure you have her drain any joint accounts before he does ....trust me ...this is very important

once he moved out she doesnt have to let him back in, even though they are married he gave up the home once he moved out, tell her to change the locks and if he shows up call the police, trust me, they will back her.
