You know a good point was brought up on one of the news shows I saw regarding this topic... Israel has the right to defend itself as long as they don't go over board. Honestly they seem to be mimicing our actions in ouor war on terrorism since they are going after specific known hezbolah targets.

As far as the US supporting it...we can give them the nod but I don't think they need our help, we need to focus on Syria and Iran. They are clearly up to no good as usual and they are funding/supporting the Hezbolah...I am just glad Russia and China are on board with us now. That will make the war that much easier.

The good thing as that once we discipline Iran and Syria the world should be close to actualling having world peace.

israel is the main reason for terrorism in the world

I think it is time to get past knee jerk support of any Israeli activity, just because we support Israel's right to exist and hold them as an ally.

Israel continues to pursue the same basic policy in their dealings with the Arab world, in spire of 60 years of that policy failing.

It's time to make friends.

right now, we should not be supporting israel at the rate we are right now. israel can go and defend itself if its going to go on the offensive against her neighbors. israel has always had the "poor me" routine down pat, and now that she has some power, shes going after all those who picked on her. israel needs to grow up and chill out. diplomatically talk to lebannon about the hostages it took and things will work out far better than they are shaping up right now.
