My computer wont read my ipod nano. I plug it in but my comp wont read it. It says do not disconnect on my ipod but it doesnt charge or anything....ive tryed a lot of things to resolve it but it still doesnt work. Ive done everything on apples troubleshooting site also. Please help. Oh and is there a number i can call?
Ive looked on apples website but couldnt find anything.

my uncle ahd the problem 3 minutes ago. ut the hold on on the top of it. press and hold the center button and hole menu. for like 6-10 seconds. and try that out

I had problems with mine while the battery discharged, my Mac does not know the ipod. After charging the battery, it labored large. If battery won't value you may would desire to have battery replaced. you could first try recharging utilizing a charger, if that doesn't artwork deliver it in for servicing as battery isn't some thing you could replace your self.
