There are fashions for everything, including the female body.

There was a time when being very lean with a small bosom was fashionable (early 1400s); in Edwardian England, a woman 6 feet or more was considred the ideal; and now (who knows why?) the preferred look is to be as much like a 13-year-old boy as possible, but with large, unnaturally round breasts.

Remember that what is "in fashion" really has little to do with what a man thinks about the woman he loves; in his eyes, his woman is the ideal, and everyone else is nuts!

I don't think that is true at all. Some men are very attracted to large breasts. Most boys are. That's just instinctual. However, as men become more mature and more experienced, breast size is less relevant. Advertisers know that breasts are eye-catching, but in the real world, a woman is sexy and beautiful for her whole package-- her personality, her confidence, her intellect, her face, her general physical fitness.

Examples of very sexy celebrities who do not have "huge boobs:"
Gwen Stephani
Keira Knightly
Angelina Jolie
Anna Kornikova
Kate Moss
...and a million more

Just be yourself the best way you can, and don't worry about being compared.

Well, men naturally find larger breasts to be physically attractive (not humungous, but nice sized). However, men of quality look more at women's personalities, morals, family values, and the like before they look at her purely physical traits. Beauty is only skin deep, but ugly is to the bone. LOL

Personally, I'm turned off by stupid women too, as stupid people are usually mean. I'm as aroused by women with hot bodies as any other man is, but none of that means anything if she's mean and nasty. That being said, I do feel that people should try to stay in shape, and I probably wouldn't be interested in a woman who is too overweight. America is too fat these days, and a fat society usually becomes apathetic, which we have clearly done already.

If I could choose between Sue, a really nice woman with an average body, and Tina, who looks like a lingerie model but acts like a rattlesnake with two legs, I'd choose Sue any day.

On a side note, I'd like to say that there are plenty of women that dress a lot "sluttier" now than they did in generations past ... before feminism.

I'm a 36D and more people consider me fat than consider me sexy, and I'm not even fat.

Count your blessings. I cannot wear tube tops or camisoles with skinny straps. I have to wear a shirt over my swimsuit, because my boobs have a tendecy to fly right out of a bikini top, plus I suffer from MAJOR backaches.

On top of that, I do feel fat sometimes, and I'm not a fat person. But the big boobs make me feel fat often.

Boobs are in this year. Next year the fashions and the in thing might be small waists and even smaller boobs. Who knows what those guys want. Well they are usually boobs too.

I am having that same problem and my boobs are small. I refuse to go to plastic surgery to enlarge them. When I get pregnant, that is when the huge boobs will be kicking in.

i suppose you could blame society. maybe you could even blame commercials. i'll soon be 58. i've seen big boobs and little boobs. to me boobs have very little to do with sexy. it's the total package i look at. from the top of the head to the tip of the toes. i even cosider their intellegance.

what is conventional standards? boob size isnt important to me at all and every woman is different..."sexy" goes beyond 1 feature in a woman and its mostly how she presents herself and takes care of herself.
