They got Kobe,Wade and James.. But we also had Iverson,Carter and Garnett before and lost convincingly.. Can they bring back the Gold and reclaim basketball supremacy for the USA?

Sure, but they will have to earn it. The competition is far better than it was a few years back, and nobody is just going to hand it over.

We will bring home the gold, somewhat dominant this time. We have specialists for certain situations should they arise, not to mention better players this time as well.

The Training camp roster (which is the pool of players to be selected for the Olympic Team) this time:
Carmelo Anthony, Gilbert Arenas, Shane Battier, Chauncey Billups, Chris Bosh, Bruce Bowen, Elton Brand, Kobe Bryant, Kirk Hinrich, Dwight Howard, LeBron James, Antawn Jamison, Joe Johnson, Shawn Marion, Brad Miller, Adam Morrison, Greg Oden, Chris Paul, Paul Pierce, Michael Redd, J.J. Redick, Luke Ridnour, Amare Stoudemire, and Dwyane Wade

2004 Olympic team
Carmelo Anthony, Carlos Boozer, Tim Duncan, Allen Iverson, LeBron James, Richard Jefferson, Stephon Marbury, Shawn Marion, Lamar Odom, Emeka Okafor, Amare Stoudemire, and Dwyane Wade

As you can see, the roster this time has MUCH better players this year, either directly (Kobe and Gilbert Arenas), or with more experianced players (LeBron, Dwayne Wade, Carmelo Anthony)

They should have never lost. The foreign teams are not as good as you think, but they take them way too lightly and therefore lose. Not one country can compete with our talent. Wade and Lebron are key players, as well as Kobe. As long as they don't go out there and play like their opponent is a 7th grade girls team it should be a breeze.

yes i think kobe is gonna work as a team with the other players because he has great players surrounding him.(off topic in the lakers kobne plays a kind of one man game cuz his teamates dont contribute as much as kobe would like them 2)

they are stacked, yet you may by no potential underestimate the play of eu gamers. they have various the final shooters interior the game, and that they actually understand the thank you to play the game effectively. u . s . a . has a very sturdy possibility, yet dont anticipate a blowout of each group.

They can, but only if they actually play as a team, not a bunch of selfish 5th graders who dont pass, take stupid shots, and dont move unless they have the ball.

Only if the team is full with the best, not with a bunch of whiners he decided that they dont want to repersent their country

Yes if they start taking other countries seriously and not be so confident in themselves.
