I don't know why, but I feel the same way as you.
It doesn't even matter about the skirt length or anything like that. You feel different around a girl in a school uniform than one who is not wearing one.

I don't know about a scholl uniform, but my boyfriend absolutiely LOVED it when I wore my Candystriper uniform from the hospital
