do you have any suggestions on a company that provides these services as a package?
We are looking to spend between 100-220 on all of them. Please only legitimate help

First check your new local phone company. Many have package deals for phone, long distance, cell phone and DSL. I pay under $100 for all. Then look into DirecTV. More reliable than cable TV.

You can get all of those for a lot cheaper than that from AT&T or Comcast. With ATT you can get their High Speed Internet, Cable TV, phone service, and Cingular Cell Phone service.
