yes ,the government is raising the ph levels in the water ,and by 2010 the whole world will be Gay ,you as well ,its their plan to combat overpopulation.

Anyways, i am not sure is he is gay or not. He does act like it though. Some sites say he dated Alyson Michalka for a while so i guess if he is/was dating a girl he is not.
