I am 6 months pregnant and I would like to think of myself as being sexy but usually we don't feel sexy and it is nice to be though of as being sexy.~

I think a pregnant woman is beautiful and special. And yes sexy. But not an object for sexual gratification. There is a huge difference.

Sexy is an understatement. There is nothing more beautiful than a pregnant woman that takes care of herself. I found my wife more beautiful naked pregnant than not pregnant. The thought of her having my child was the sexyist thing she could do.
