This product is a total ripoff. Do a research on the internet and see by yourself how many people has been rip off by them.
Their website would take your credit card info without giving you a total charge before the end of the process. Then, you can't cancel or change it. When I called them, they told me they still don't have my order in the computer to cancel it but they charged my credit card at the same time and the next day when I called, they said is too late to cancel it! They charged me 39$ for shipping, with no refund. I asked to talk to a supervisor, they put me on hold for minutes, then said there isn't any at the moment and took my number to call me later. Of course they never did.
This company is a total rip off. They lie and steel your money. Don't give them your credit card number. Just be careful with their website.

Report the company to the Better Business Bureau and/or the the Attorney General's office (Consumer Protection Division) in your state as well as the state where the company is located. Complain to the Federal Trade Commission, too.
With regards to the charge on your card, notify your credit card company and they can reverse the charge.

well hopefully your bank can get your money back cause most have credit card reverse payment . but the real thing here is to report this to the better business bureau online k, that way they get a bad reputation and can be investigated for fraud
