it has to be in the los angeles (mainly torrance) area, because my friend is the one who usually goes to the bookstores. it can't be an online store either. (no credit card. lol.)

there are a lot of online manga publishing websites that you can buy manga from.

www.tokyopop.com
www.shojobeat.com
www.shonenjump.com

and maybe if you look on the google search you can get a manga bookstore address. sometimes mapquest will give you locations of bookstores(if you type in the right words), and you can get an address like that.

There's a borders bookstore in Del amo shopping center that has tons of manga, also a barnes&noble in torrance. the barnes and noble address is 1500 Hawthorne blvd, Torrance....or something like that.

The very last I verify Barnes and Noble, wouldn't have a section dedicated to manga books. therefore, the link lower than has a list of manga and anime bookshop in the city, which will be a lot extra effective. solid success community New Yorker

I don't know of a just manga store... There's Heroes and Fantasy... Although, I don't know if you have that store in your area. I normally go to half price bookstores because they are in good shape and cheap!
