Yes, I would tell her that her skirt was caught up in the back of her knickers. After all, I would want someone to tell ME!

Well, if she was Fugly I probably wouldn't tell her because I wouldn't want anyone including her to know that I noticed. If she was hot I would let her know with something like.. isn't it drafty out here today, or I didn't know that the new style was knickers on the outside of dresses. How cool, other ladies should try it.

I was waiting in line at the bank one time, and the lady in line ahead of me had her skirt tucked in between her butt cheeks. I remember thinking that it didn't look too comfortable. Well, I leaned down and tugged the end of her skirt so as to fix the problem. She turned around and slapped my face! So I took my thumb, and I SHOVED... THAT... THING... BACK... IN THERE!

Oh my, that would be embarrasing. I like Spotlights answer, I would be so embarrased by that. I would tell the lady that she needs to fix her skirt and try to make light of the subject. I wouldn't care if she thanked me. It's Karma. I would hope that if it happened to me or my mom or sister, someone would show compassion.

I 'd say something like, "excuse me,umm your skirt is hitched up at the back, just thought you should know," Then I'd smile polity and walk away,giggling immaturely to myself.

I would put MY skirt in my "knickers" and walk in front of her. When she says something to me about it I would just tell her to check herself out too.............

I'd say, your skirt needs adjusting, let me do it... I'm a woman, if I was a man, I'd just tell her to have a look at her skirt.
Not to say anything would be rude, in my opinion.
