Frangipani, also called temple tree or Plumeria. Grows all over tropical Asia.
This is the pink variety. Also comes in White and Dark Pink. I have seen them in a peachy orange as well. All have yellow centers and 5 petals. Very easy to propagate, cut and stick into the ground. Wonderful fragrance.

another vote for plumeria ,or frangipangi-but i wish i had a better picture of the leaves and plant -cause that flower is more common than you think
