Because guys are turned on by nudity, especially females. :)

Women don't shop for men that way. We are usually looking for chemistry, and other interesting attributes. A man's penis is usually the last thing we are worried about. We know it is there, we know what to do with it, the specifics are relatively irrelevant.

Also very few women are looking just for sex, most women want a relationship that includes sex.

Men are just a lot more visually cued. Men who publish their penises on websites to attract a woman or who are quick to send naked pics do so because they mistakenly think women think just like they do.

But this is nothing new. Since when do men and women ever fully understand each other?

(age brings with it some wisdom on these matters, but heck..I don't think we ever master the thought processes of the opposite sex).

Maybe, coz its difficult for a man to find a girl however, its easy for a girl to find a man. Thus, a man wants to attract the girl and he knows that many man would approch the same girl so are in Hurry to send their pics.

It's hard to answer this question without gender bias.

Socially, men are taught to be more open among each other. Urinating in urinals is just a thread in the amalgam of reasons why men are more willing to show off themselves.
