Financial stability is the main thing to think about, then...um...the right man. I don't think you necessarily have to be married these days to have a child, just know that you will be able to basically put your life on hold to raise that child and provide for the child in the best way you can, should you be a single parent. You always want your child to live at the same level or better than yourself, so if you think having a child will not work into your life right now, then I say don't do it until you know you are totally ready to basically make that childs life yours!

I had mine when I was 25 and wish I'd had her around 23...old enough to know what to do and young enough to play, I'm 30 and keeping up with a 5 year old...but not sure how active I'll be at 35 with a 10 year old. the "right" time is when you feel ready, cause if not- its the wrong time. did I make any sense-hope I helped a little

You need to be TOTALLY ready to be 100% responsible for another human being. That little person will be completely dependent on you for everything and you have to be in a place to do the right thing by her/him.
Wait until your body is mature enough to handle the pregnancy and birth and be sure that you have a stable enough life to provide all you need to provide for him/her.

when you feel that that you are ready emotionally to give yourself over to another human being that is totally dependent upon you for food, clothing, shelter and security.
there is no such thing as a "right" time to have a baby. if you wait until the "right" time, you will never have a baby, because there is never going to be enough security, enough money, enough things, etc.

There is no "right time" You should have a secure job,and home, that type of thing. Be of age,I would say over 25,and hopefully have a signifigant other,as it's not easy. I personally waited until 34,and I can't imagine doing it in my teens

If you have the financial stability to give your baby more than just the essentials, then it's an "okay" sign. Also, if your maternal clock is kicking in, that also maybe a sign your ready to have a baby.

Married, you or you and husband content and settled in job, decent place to live, money in savings, someone in mind for babysitting/childcare, communication between two parents that agree that this is the right time and you both are willing to take on parenthood together.
