jeans at Wet Seal (www.wetseal.com) are only $24.50 and they are actually cute and come in short, average, and tall.
aeropostale (www.aeropostale.com) have cheap shirts. i saw some cute ones today like graphic tees and henleys for $9.99. also try some dept. stores. kohls, jcpenney etc

Definitely go to wet seal. i am the same way and I love this place! aeropostale has sizes that are to big in pants.

You can try gojane.com they have real cheap stuff, and they alson have a clearance rack.I like it and im a size 2.

the little stores where hardly anyone goes into. like bargain stores have cheap clothes that are nice looking.
