when they talk the audio is going with the lips in some shows and disney commercials are they going to fix this

This is not just a problem with the Disney channel.
You didn't mention if you had cable or satellite.
There are a few different causes for this problem depending on the equipment you are using, but the results are exactly the same, the voice channel is not in sync with the video.
Need more information to tell you more, however, one cause that is a problem for both cable and satellite users is a known problem with the converter box. You may want to check that first because it is typically the easiest one to replace.

It rarely happens to be just one channel. I might be your service. I watch the Disney Channel all the time, and I've never noticed a problem. (trust me, I'm neurotic and I notice those things)

ive noticed that before but it wasnt just on disney channel. i hope they fix it, its annoying!
