I can not tell you where to get it in Malaysia but if you want to keep your skin fair try this;

Coconut-Pineapple Extract
For whiter and fairer skin.

You will need:
Coconut Milk
Pineapple Juice

Procedure:

Make sure products are all natural and not ready to serve. Combine coconut milk and pineapple juice. Mix thoroughly and apply on the face by cotton balls. Leave the mixture on the face for 20 minutes enough to dry on face allowing the extract to absorb on the skin. Wash skin with water and pat dry.

You should realize that Westeners love dark skin, my girl is dark skinned and she uses that cream sometimes, makes her look like a ghost, or sick. Use factor 30 sun tan cream to prevent darkening from sunlight, it really works. Better still get really dark and find a Westener who will love your colour. All the white people want to be dark, it's considered beautiful.
