I don't think he would say anything as the shock would be overwhelming.

In total seriousness, I do not think Adam would honest think he was on the same earth, not at all.
No. I can not say he would truelly think this was the same earth, he would not understand this world to be the same one as his world.

He had best keep his identity to himself! If he wasn't such a 'wimp' and did as God told him - we wouldn't be in this mess! We may stone him!
