Get some good music going, find a scenic route, and take a camera and munchies. Make many stops. Go slow. Enjoy the ride...

practice practice practice. And when ur in the ring smile, straight back, shoulders relaxed, chin up, and forget about everyone else. If u do all of that u will do great.

pretend ur running to ur dream guy while chairots of fire is playing on a beach
(it's that cheesy song the played on the beach in madagascar)
