How would I know??? I have a 7 month old. Ok I lied every Sunday I get to sleep in and it feels sooooo good. The only thing better is Friday night when I get to sleep all night without getting up with the baby. Me and my honey take turns on weekends one gets up all nite and goes to bed for the morning when the little guy gets up. That way each of us gets to sleep all night and sleep in on the weekend. Sorry for the long answer but don't get out much. ;)

Often times, during a night that I'm trying to sleep for work, I wake up and see the clock and get so disappointed that time is running out before I have to get up.
Thankfully, I have the weekends off and I love the joy I feel when I wake up and see the time and I'll think "on no, only 1 hour til I...oh wait, it's Saturday." I go back to sleep with a smile on my face.
Being able to wake up because my body IS ready to wake up is so sweet.

I don't remember. No, seriously ... it's better if you're going to "sleep in" ot only get 1 to 1 1/2 hour more sleep than you normally would, to keep your body on rhythm and not make fatigue worse.

I'm more fond of waking up early and then napping later in the day. For some odd reason it seems easier to nap in the day in the summer than to sleep at night.

some times your body has to sleep in to catch up and it is nice to do so and just lay around for the day and do it on a raniny day or snowy day
