ehhh help me, guys..
I saw this japanese anime about a little boy (a brat) who got into an accident. and because of the accident, he received a power to see ghost. So all the ghosts suddenly ask him to help them finish their unsettled business.
the boy is bald, btw.. I think his name is Ichiro or something..
The opening and ending songs are from Backstreet boys'.

Hanada Shonen Shi.
The boy with the bald head, the story begin when Ichiro (the boy) watch TV, but suddenly a fly annoying him, and he using baseball stick to runaway the fly, but he miss, the stick take off on TV, and Bummm...., he lost his TV. His Mother was so angry and pursued. Ichiro run and stolen a bike, but after far away, suddenly he know that bike don't have a break. he slip and.... you know the story :)

foreign videos that have been translated 4 english speakers like us, and most of the time usually just short 4 animation film/ movie and if u want 2 c a anime just watch Dragonball Z or something like that
