Vexologist, I love Tourist Trap. I got that for my sister for a birthday on DVD, it took forever to find it. But, to the question, I think Jaws is the scariest movie of all time. It had a profound effect on my life at the beach as a kid. The whole thing about most shark attacks happening in 3 feet of water... Scary!!!

Pet Cemetary was the scariest for me, when that little boy is killed and then comes back from the dead. Some people were so scared when I went to see this, that they left the theatre...the little boy getting hit by the truck was a hard scene to watch.

Some one once told me it was Fifty First Dates because every morning you wake up and find out you are at sea with your nine year old daughter, or something like that.

"TOURIST TRAP", 1979, with Tanya Roberts. Chuck Connors greatest role! Like mannequins???????. This is the most unusual movie I've ever seen. Very obscure movie I taped years ago. Most people have never seen it. I enjoy showing this one to friends who don't know it exists!!!!!!!!

The GRUDGE - the original version. The one starring Sarah M. Gellar wasn't as creepy as the Japanese one.

I don't much like horror movies, but I did appreciate "Rosemary's Baby." It was creepy without being gross.
