Yes and then some. Take a dump on the lawn. "Yeah, we've got some neighborhood dogs around here....." ;D
And the house "...and a HUGE rat problem..."
...And the roof "and GOD you should see the birds...."

Take all the lighbulbs out of the house too!!
I read a joke one time where this woman was getting divorced. Well her husband bought her out on their home and was moving his new gf in with him. Well the night before she went and bought a bunch of shrimp and ate some. She put the rest in unusual places like behind wall cover plates anyplace they would fit and could not be easily seen. STINKY!!!

If you are friends with your neighbors you can tell them all what kind of person she is. You would be doing them a favor.
By the way, can you sue her for the money she has cost you? I seriously think this lady is meaner than you realize and you would be wise to consult a real estate attorney. WHo knows what she is capable of!! Im scared for you!!

1. She can not cancel on the closing date, only if you allowed it. You should have insisted at the actual closing that she caused you stress and added expenses and made her settle then and there and charged her more. What you do now makes little difference as it is her property, most likely owned by her mortgage company,so vacate and be happy.

Better not. Just be glad you're getting out and will never have to see her again...You have to leave the house in "move in" state and your desired action would not leave it in move in state...Maybe after you've moved out and everything is over, you could leave her a sack of really nasty garbage on her front door (make sure you're not seen or heard). On second thoght, no forget it. Move on.

Some people can be so jerk sometimes but leaving some poop and not flushing it is just so simple. make something that will make her really scream. like leaving a dead rat under a carpet or something which she will not suspect that you did it.

No. She's a petty person who is obviously unhappy; there's no need to stoop to her level. Leave her with a blessing and a smile, and enjoy your new house.
Best wishes and God bless.
