I can open my own car with a hanger or a slim jim in less than a second and there are pleanty of dealer keys that have been out there in the auto teft community for decades.
Dealer keys are keys that are cut and sanded so they fit almost any car of a certain modle or make of a car.
This is done so that Car dealerships don't have to keep the actual set of keys that goes to each car on hand to show and test drive them. The set they sell with the car is kept seperate for their conviniance as well as for the security of the of the cars. Damn shame their security messures gave the crooks such a convinient tool ain't it.

They used a slimjim (like a long flat pieces of metal sometimes with a slot or groove to open your car) heh..or a brick would work fine too. Then they got in, took a screwdriver and hammer and cracked open your steering column thus disabling the locking mechanism. Then they started it, put it in gear and drove away.

a pro can steal your car within 2 minutes....they use a slim jim to open your door.....they either knock out your ignition to start the car or go through the steering column.
