David~
$500 that's not bad at all, how much seating do you have? Plus who do we contact, our service provider or the promoter?

The cost of boxing is restaurants is based on occupancy. We've ordered a couple of PPV at the cost of around 500 dollars.

You would think it's that easy, however as a personal house subscription to a pay per view event you would pay about $50, at a bar they have to pay the public viewing price, which usually runs the bar about $1500-3000 dollars, and they have to then sell seating to recoup the costs.

I couldnt see why not, if its your party. And as for the cost I would expect the same as you pay for it at home.
