Italy won the 2006 World Cup, France won 1998 I believe.

Actually France lost because this stupid, messed up, sick freak italian cursed at Zidane insulting his family and calling him a terrorist which led him to ram that guy with his head. So Zidane got a red card, and France lost cuz he left. He's a great penalty kicker and won an award for the best player on the world cup.
But France lost, so sad. But I don't agree that they're the best above all countries, they bought out Brazil. Brazil's the best!!
