use lotion....rub a small amount of any hand lotion between your hands and then lightly on your stockings front and back...the dress will not stick at all...if wearing a slip, apply it to the slip

fabric softener sheet....take it and rub it to the inside of your dress and your nylon stockings.....if you do not have fabric softener sheets take a spray bottle and lightly mist your stockings with water....
