For people with fair colored skin: It accentuates light shades of brown, blue and green. Because the hair is lighter, it makes the eyes appear to be lighter.
For people with medium colored skin: It accentuates the style/color of hair, and also accentuates the colores of the eyes.
For people with dark skin: It makes the color of the skin radiant, and the hair outstanding, it also draws attention to, and acentuates the eyes.

I can't say I'm everybody, fact is I've always been fascinated with women in general; brunett, blonde, black or red. Really, it's what is under that scalp that really matters.

Well, I'm a blonde and I hate the blondes who act all stupid and like air-heads and think that stuff is cute, because it's not...Men like that crap...Plus half of those chicks are not real blondes anyway.
